CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT:
WELCOME! We are pleased that you want to become part of Indy's Largest Consignment Shop, Designer Consigner, here's how it works:
SEPTEMBER-JANUARY we accept fall and winter items
MARCH-JULY we accept spring and summer items
AUGUST AND FEBRUARY- NO CONSIGNMENTS ARE TAKEN
When you bring your items in to consign, we will select what our customers want to buy. Sometimes there will be items we cannot sell. Please understand that our customer's preferences must be our selection guidelines.
We base prices on supply and demand. We price all items, "to sell". We will get the best possible prices for you at the highest possible profit to you.
60 and 40% Consignment: You will receive 40% of what your items sell for. You will receive 60% on the following designer brand JEWELRY and PURSES: Gucci, Chanel, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, Chicos, Ed Hardy, Juicy, Prada, Brighton and any diamond jewelry! WE DO NOT TAKE ANY KNOCK OFF OR REPLICA ITEMS. THOSE WILL BE DISCARDED.
Consignment Fee: We charge only a $2.00 consignment fee with each batch of items you bring in. The $2.00 consignment fee will be taken from your first selling item.
Payment: You don't have to wait until a certain date to see if your items have sold, or to collect your money. Call or stop in anytime; if your items have sold you can collect your money. If you do not stop in to collect your money, give us a call at the end of your consignment period an if we owe you $25.00 or more, we can mail you a check.
We will display your items anywhere from 60 days to 6 months. Formals, Wedding Gowns and Maternity Items will be consigned for a full year. All items are subject to markdowns. If you would like to retrieve any unsold items at the end of your consignment period, please do so on the date we provide to you. All consigned items not picked up at the end of your consignment period will be donated to charities. We can provide you with a donation receipt upon request at the end of your consignment time. We pledge to do our best to safe guard your items, but we are not responsible for damage of loss.
Drop and Run: If you drop your items off and leave them for us to go through, then you are also giving permission for us to consign them and for us to give any items we can't consign to charities.
